Mr. Keshavan
ChairmanMr. Keshavan forayed into the construction field and sustaining a healthy work environment at site and office for over 15 years working with highly skilled workmanships and professionals. Major strength pertaining to a successful construction business are the quality of works executed and trust gathered across the clients through his transparent nature.
Under his leadership, he has emerged as a stronger and remarkable business performance by facilitating to the company's growth with increased values and core principles. His immovable knowledge and experience in the field has been an inspiration for the new talents to seek the learning under his guidance. He has successfully completed over 50+ projects in residential and commercial buildings on various scales.
Mr. Karthikeyan
Managing DirectorMr. Karthikeyan, an ardent individual pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and following his dreams at the marketing management on field. He is the Managing Director of Grand Akshaya as a company, has been a graduate under international baccalaureate along with 2 years of understanding and managing an organization as the passion to gain a real time experience whilst focusing on his academics.
He's a firm believer of being completely involved from the planning till the operations of multiple marketing strategies involving clients, professionals, relevant contractors. His strength of accumulating his theoretical knowledge along with practical experience working with strong professionals has led him to diversify his field to the next stage by maximizing and execution towards the maximum turn-overs.
Ar. Disha
Chief ArchitectAr. Disha, an enthusiastic architect and energy analyst established the firm in 2022 and has been the lead of the design team and the construction chief executive at P K Developers, specialized at residential and commercial projects both architecture and interior designs for over 5 years in the field. She's a graduate from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, with her strong desire and interest towards the responsible design approach and sustainable living has led her way to pursue masters in sustainable design at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal.
As a firm believer in sustainable living, her constant efforts and approach to endeavor "to create buildings as an ecosystem". Her intentions to produce a cohesive design which equally focuses on the client's requirements without compromising on the design aesthetics and reduce carbon footprint.

Landmark developments that set new standards in sustainable living
Grand Akshaya
A project that is located within the core city limits to setting the landmark to the surrounding due to its project specifications and the design. The project was initiated in 2022 and the layout formation was completed within 6 months and covering the confidence of the clients through providing quality, management and on-time services.
Key Highlights: Closer proximity to various essential landmarks, undisturbed plots w.r.t noise and pollution, optimal site potential, using recycled materials during construction, plot orientations which helps to cut down on harsh solar radiations, landscaping etc.
Grand Akshaya Manor
As part of the next step, we forayed into our next project located at Irreddyhalli near Gauribidanur which is approximately 5kms from the Bangalore-Hyderabad highway. It is a 13 acre project conceptualized to weekend homes creating a sustainable community by providing multiple sustainable design strategies for maximizing the performance yet having a MANOR feeling.
Key Strategies: Community outdoor spaces spread over 3 acres, farm waste management, renewable energy system such as solar street poles, luscious landscapes, STP, recycled water and rainwater harvesting, choice on environmental friendly materials etc.
